Vicki is a registered psychologist with experience working with children, young people, adults and families. She has also engaged in post graduate study in Mental Health Science with a focus on child and adolescent psychotherapy. She has experience working with and assessing children diagnosed with various conditions including anxiety, depression, autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, adjustment disorders, trauma and other developmental conditions.
She has worked in private practice and has also worked closely with schools to support students in the school environment. She is able to engage in services such as school meetings to provide consultation regarding education adjustment plans (EAP’s) and social and emotional learning needs.
Vicki assesses children in a holistic way so as to ensure that the focus is not only on their areas of need, but also working towards emphasising their strengths and capabilities. She has experience working with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds. When she is not working she is a busy mum of two boys and a Labrador.
